Line a 12-cup muffin pan with cupcake liners. |

Follow cake mix directions for cupcakes. |

Fill only 2/3 full to avoid spilling over the sides, then bake at 350°F [176°C] for 19-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Allow cupcakes to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan to cool completely. |

Load a disposable decorating bag with a tip 1M and icing. |
Step 5 |
Pipe the frosting onto the cupcake and top each frosted cupcake with sprinkles and a pick. |
