I would not recommend. Bends, flimsy
Received a bent creased board. If you bend it, the deep crease will stay causing it to not be very useful.

Very sturdy to do my crafts on shirts.
Works perfect with my shirts when i'm heat pressing vinyl. It also provides a sturdy base when we are painting on shirts.
