no compassion
I had a lung transplant two months ago, I ordered these frames at that time I start having complications with my breathing so needed to be hospitalized for a week. the day i was released from the hospital . you sent me a cancelation notice. So I go the Michael's the next day, and asked them if them can honor the price. Both the frame and store manager said they couldn't helpis

plastic and cardboard.
the back is flimsy cardboard, so if you put anything more than cardstock in there it's going to sag over time and fall out. the frame itself is plastic and has a plastic square inside it to hold the loose glass piece in place. the tabs that hold the back in place are also plastic.
