Almost Ideal!
Positive features: great design, good capacity, sturdy material.
Areas of concern: trays were very tight. Hoping they get easier to push in/pull out with use. Tabs to pull open the carrier were broken on both units I bought, making it difficult to open the carrier without shaking up the cookies.
Overall it's a carrier I can use until something better comes along.

Can’t open it
Very hard to open, the front lid that snaps wouldn’t come undone & pulled on the little side tab so hard it broke off…and still didn’t open.

Great product with one (somewhat major) drawback
Id actually give more of 4.5 stars, but not an option. Overall, very happy with this. Its pretty versatile and can hold A LOT of treats when they are thinner (i bought this specifically for some bar treats i like to make). My only complaint is it's hard to get the lid off to the point where several of the carriers at the stores had the tab on the lid broken off from people trying to get it off at the store. It also mkes me a little worried that some of the treats nar the edge of the shelves will fling out when someone tries to open it. Overall, a worthwhile purchase just be careful when opening

Great for cookies, but not all treats will fit
Quality materials- sturdy plastic and trays stay in place and lid stays on. However, no backstop on trays/only opens on one side. if the box shifts in transit, then the food will fall off the tray and get stuck behind the tray. Also there’s not a lot of height to each tray, so if your baked goods are on the tall side, you won’t fit them in here. Won’t fit tart shells and didn’t accommodate all my whipped shortbreads as a result. I would recommend for smaller cookies or squares. Also the handle is partly inside the box, so when lifting it up, those handle pieces might touch/move the baking on the top shelf.

Better for cookies than cupcakes unless mini size
I feel it would be more versatile to make box carrier taller for frosted cupcakes etc .
I don’t want to remove a tray row to make frosted cupcakes to fit. This carrier is for cookies
