This is perfect for transferring a drawing onto a dark background before painting! It also comes in a gray graphite color for transferring onto a light surface. This transfer paper can be reused MANY times so...cost effective!

Product instructions are incomplete!
The product is packaged with a white sheet of paper, that is NOT transfer paper, the instructions to not include e.g. "separate the transfer paper from the protective paper (of the same color = white)." I spent at least 15 minutes setting up my project, with the paper that I thought was transfer paper, only to realize it was not, I affixed the heavier tissue paper to my project - void of transfer product! Please review and amend the package
directions! Is this a China issue or Distribue PAR MSPCI?

Exactly what I was looking for!
Used this to make my cousins wedding sign. Traced out the letters to make a white outline on a piece of wood and then used a white paint pen to fill it in. Came out beautifully.

Works well on canvas, not quite as well on some ot
Transfers images well to prepared canvas (on, of course, a darkened background), but detail is much less clear on some other surfaces, such as Pastelmat board or paper.

Transfer & Graphite Paper by Craft Smart
This is the first time I have had to order transfer paper since I started painting way back in the 80’s. I ordered both black & white, which is what I use. I can’t believe it has lasted this long, but it has!! I have cut some pieces smaller & I use these for small items & save the larger pieces for larger projects. Probably why it lasts so long. I have never had a problem when using transfer paper by Craft Smart & will continue using it as long as they make it.

Didn't work for me, but probably works for others
It didn't work exactly how i wanted it to. The paper tore up easily when i tried tracing onto a canvas surface (a binder), although I guess the thinness of the paper is the point of the product

I should have listened to the previous reviews. Attempted to use it to transfer text onto white fabric & it didn't transfer anything. Like, absolutely nothing. If your product works best on a dark fabric/material, it would be best to specify it on the packaging. Very displeased with my purchase.

Transfer paper for artwork on black paper
This transfer paper works perfectly on black paper for artwork. I had to ask an employee to help me find it (in a place where I never would have located it), and I was shocked at the price for a single sheet of transfer paper. However, it's absolutely necessary for tracing onto black paper, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that it can be used again and again. So I'm hoping the price will be proven worthwhile.
