It can hold many pins on the tomato cushion.
I don't have to open the pin box and pull some pins out. I just simple pull some pins out of tomato cushion, without prick my finger(s).

A little too hard to pin.
I just bought this pin cushion to store some of my pins while I sew at home. I am a beginner sewer and it was a bit rough sticking the pins in. The green portion especially, but aside from that, it does it's job. It was also affordable. It's also a small cushion, so it might get annoying for big projects with a lot of pinning.

Tomatoe needle holder for sewing
Love the tomatoe pin cushion can’t believe they still make them . My mom had one when I was 6 years old and at 54 they still have them . Brings me back to when I was a child . The sewing ring is very well made . Love these products from Michaels .
