Even with pastel papers this is an amazing color to use just to ink edges and give everything beautiful definition!!! This is one of the hottest colors being used!!!

If you mix it with other colors to make a watercolor background, it can get overpowered by brighter or bolder colors. However, with extra layers or when using it with a stamp, it's a beautiful soft blue. It spreads very easily and is vibrant on dark and light colored paper.
