Compact, not bogged down with extra stuff
This is a pretty simple health and wellness planner. Each section has a month that you fill in yourself (stickers with the month names are provided for the tabs and the calendar itself). After the calendar there are two pages per week where you can log goals, food, and excersize. The only thing I would change is that I would add water tracker to the food section of the log and I would give more room for the excersize log. The excersize section is teeny tiny. They should have swapped out "today" with excersize or eliminated "priority" to make "excersize" bigger. I started writing my work outs in "today" bc I can't fit the sets, reps, and weights for what I do into the tiny space allotted. This is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
