Took a gamble

Second set
I bought these as a major solution for my Mini planner.. I originally bought them for the classic I had last year but I dropped my planner once and started having many issues trying to turn the pages because one ring cracked. They're good, just don't drop them while you're using them on a planner... it makes for a total inconvenience.

Expander Rings
I’d like to have more choices in colors. The only ones I’ve ever seen in stores is Gold, at least primary, white, black. I have gold ones that are chipping.

Holding 1.5years + folders & inserts so far
The expander rings are a must if you want to add inserts pages and things into your planner. The standard rings hold the regular planner just fine, but it gets bulky and hard to turn pages if you add anything else. I've got the last half of 2016, 2017, plus all my extra folder, pocketed dividers, and photo/coupon holder pages in the expander rings, and its not overflowing quite yet, but close (maybe another couple months of pages left). I just use the expander rings to hold my old planner weeks as they pass, so my current planner gets more empty. Otherwise, you're moving an entire year of planner pages on to new rings at once.

Perfect for what I wanted to do!
I was using 2 of the Happy Planners and wanted to combine them into one because I was constantly looking for one or the other. Now they are both together in one spot. To give you an example of how much these expander rings hold, I have full 18 month planner plus an 18 monthly planner with 3 months of daily pages along with self made laminated inserts, about 5 or so. I holds a lot and I still have space. Fully recommend for those of us that need more than just the standard planner.

Neat Product
I love the arc system, and bought these Expander Rings for my daughter who just go into planning this year. She loves the color blue and was very excited to get them. She uses it every day for her personal/school planner.

The product was incomplete.
I like the fact that we can purchase bigger rings for more room. You can only purchase 9 rinds at a time. The binder needs 11 rings.

Great for larger planners
I purchased these to expand my classic size Happy Planner but soon found that they were a better option for my large Teacher Planner. The only challenge is that the rings come in packs of 9 so you need 2 packages to have the 11 rings needed for a larger planner or other large disc notebook.

Good Idea but needs Improvement
I loved the idea of making my planner larger, but the package only came with 9 rings. The large planner requires 11. Also, one of the rings snapped in half and I'm not even sure why. I didn't drop it or slam it into anything so I'm not sure what caused it to break. That leads me to believe that they aren't very sturdy!

Definitely a must-have!
I had purchased some inserts for my planner and it was definitely getting cramped with the standard rings. It took some time to make the transition (had to do it a few pages at a time), but it was definitely worth it. It's so much easier to flip around in my planner now and it doesn't feel like it's going to explode.

So happy I switched to these!
I had the medium size for the Classic planner but as soon as I put the snap cover on and 1 pocket folder and 3 sheets of extra notepaper I felt that the rings already wouldn't support the size of the planner.
When in the store, these disks looked huge, but I knew how thick my planner was would drive me crazy if I didn't move up the disk size. I'm so happy I did. I feel much better with my planner and being able to add some extra things to it now and the pages move better and I can flip the cover all the way around much easier now.

Break Easily
The quality of these rings are not in alignment with the quality of the other products in the line (I love this brand and I'm addicted to their planners). These expander rings are flimsy and break easily. Unfortunately, you have to use them if you buy additional add on accessories. There is a quality issue and it needs to be addressed.

Larger rings to expand the teacher happy planner
I wanted to add more to my teacher happy planner and needed larger rings. These rings helped me to add other things to my planner that it didn't come with and keep it all organized. The blue color is very pretty too!

Vital Accessory to Have Room for Optional Items
If you enjoy adding the little extras to your Happy Planner, you invariably will need expander rings. Of course, you could simply remove months--used or distant--to make space on your smaller rings, but many ppl enjoy the inexpensive investment in these hardy larger rings. Please keep in mind that these are currently still sold in the traditional 9 ring packs. For my Big Happy Planners, I simply purchased two sets of different colors and have alternated them for a look that is distinctively different. All size Happy Planners can use these rings bc all HPs have the same sized holes at the same widths.

Looks very big but I guess once my planner fills more it'll look normal. They feel a little flimsy unlike the disk that the planner comes in but transfer was very simple and quick

This product is a great size for your notebooks
