Sticky bead mat.
I really like sticky bead mats but this is so small. Not good for necklaces. You have to save the piece of plastic film from the packaging to keep it clean and free of dust. This would be really nice for a class where you learn how to make bracelets.

I used to have one of these on the dashboard of my new beetle. I don’t like it for seed beads or jump rings, they stick too much. But its great for large beads, crystals and components I need to have at hand , not misplace

Works great! Sticky!
Did not let a single bead get away. It was more sticky than I expected. I thought I was not going to be able to peel it off my desk. But I did and handled it a lot until it is a bit less sticky while still holding the beads.
