Rated 3 out of 5 by from Patina effect was ok Put several metal items in the solution. Since there was no indication how long to leave in had to check several times. Some of the metal items did change, some did not. Left in solution for over 1 hr. Odor was very strong, recommend doing outside.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Meh. Unfortunately, this product did not work well for me whatsoever for sterling or silver solder. My pieces were barely oxidated, even after an hour in the solution. Liver of Sulphur is where it’s at.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works great This patina doesn't have the awful smell of sulfur, it may take a few coats to get your desired look.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from it's a keeper! I used this for the first time, and it worked very well. Used silver and the pieces came out nicely. I left them in a bit too long, and I was able to lighten it up a bit with a polishing cloth. Very happy with the results, would use again. So simple to use.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from patina on copper It worked fine on my copper piece. I let it sit in the solution for about 10 minutes, and it definitely got darker.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Inconsistent results but may work for jewelry well I assume this is a liver of sulfur solution. Tested patina solution on copper pennies and was pleased with brown/black hue achieved. Used this on an unlacquered copper lamp that I thoroughly cleaned and had mixed results. Part of lamp had turned out decent and other part turned rainbow and iridescent. Was streaky and inconsistent. This solution may work if you're sticking to dipping instead of brushing like I had to, but I would NOT use on any metal pieces you truly care about. I could not scrub off all the bad patina from this solution.
