Over heats quickly
I used a 50% off coupon so my price was excellent, but it over heats and shuts off pretty quickly. If I hadn't gotten it for so cheap I'd take it back.

Teal Embossing Heat Tool by Recollections
Works exactly as I had hoped it would! I am using the tool to dry watercolor paint between layers. The embossing heat tool dries the watercolors quickly unless the water has pooled. I do have to be careful if I do not want the color to spread on my paintings as the heat does 'blow' the color around.

So much more than just embossing
Purchased for embossing. Works excellent for that purpose. But, have found many opportunities to use for drying glue, paint, and art projects quickly and efficiently. Love this multipurpose tool!

Handy Heat Gun
I bought this heat tool to remove strings on 3D printed parts. It works really well as it produces enough heat to melt the strings without too much air flow. It's very easy to handle based on the size and can be easily controlled to direct heat where it's needed and not damage the rest of the part.
