Black Matte Board
It was very easy for me to cut this matte by myself because it was not very thick. It would have been nice if there were other shades of black to compare it with. However , it was the only Black Matte in the store that day.

This board is great for more than pictures, I use it for Model making it's way thicker card stock. Use it for framing in the models, for layering and the main body of models.

I run a paper crafting workshop at the library and my holy companion John cuts the matt boards to size i.e. 8x 10 so people's substrate is already cut to size for a collage or composition in the class. This way it is ready to frame when people are done working on their project. I also love the different colors they come in, red, blue, pink, black. . .It helps with the background of a collage piece.
