Got this as it was big enough to hold 2 jerseys! It will make a great addition to our home. However, upon opening at home, i was a little saddened that there was some scratches on the wood under the plastic and such.

GIANT Shadowbox fits everything!
The title of this review says it all. I ordered this online and knew what the dimensions were when I ordered it but even knowing with a tape measure didn't prepare me for the reality of how big this is. I wanted to use this to put all my son's baseball jerseys in and it fit everything without issue. The only reason I am deducting a star is because there are only two screw slots for hanging and around where the slots are positioned the remaining wood is left a little thin and prone to splintering (I cracked it a little when putting this up on the wall and had to work through it) and the corners weren't quite tight so I had to rework those a little as well. All in all though this comes as advertised.

Great ready-made, substantial shadow frame
Overall, I'm pretty happy with this purchase. We found an old original map of our neighborhood from a 1945 map book and wanted to explore frames at Michael's before taking it to a frame shop. The other frames of this size were a bit flimsy and unsubstantial, but when I found this I was thrilled. It's a sturdy frame with real glass and exactly what I was looking for. The backing is some sort of synthetic black fabric mounted on white foam. My only complaints are a tiny bit of the white foam shows at the top so I need to adjust that. Also one of the corners is a bit loose. We ordered double stick mounting tape to float mount the map on the fabric and so far it's working great. One star off because it's still a bit pricey and the quality is not perfect, but I would both recommend and purchase again.

What I didn't know about this is there is a hook to hang the jersey, instead of pinning it to the foam board back. That's a game changer! Made framing the jersey very easy.

Hockey Jersey Framing
Was looking for a Shadow Box Frame for my XL Hockey Jerseys and they worked! Great presentation and when on sale is a really good deal…Can’t find these anywhere for a decent price and even at regular they are fairly priced compared to other places that have smaller dimension boxes. The boxes combined with my amateur mounting on the felt board made it look not too shabby!
