Works Fine.
It works ok. Didn’t know there was a hook to hang the jersey from when bought, so that was nice. However it is very heavy and hard to aline on the wall. Needs to be hooked up heavy duty wall mounts and like the instructions say, one should be in a stud, at least one. Looks good. First time hanging a jersey and it doesn’t sit really flat. Anyway does what it needs too. Frames are very expensive though.

Framing a special hockey jersey
It was used to preserve and display a precious hockey Jersey. With a white mat, the jersey looks great! Lisa pinned it perfectly…couldn’t see the pins at all, and the service was prompt and friendly. We were proud to present it as a special gift.

Broke immediately after closing the frame
At first I was so happy, I thought it looked great and was a perfect budget option for displaying the deckled edge of my watercolor piece. I head off to the art museum to meet with a curator and deliver my piece and the frame broke in the parking lot. The very first time I put weight on the hanger, one side pulled right out and ripped the wood to bits. I had to call someone to rescue me in the parking lot and add longer screws. It's a shame that this could be such a great piece except that the screws that came with it were about 1/4 inch long and useless. I didn't add that much weight to it either, just a piece of paper and foam board underneath. I was mortified and had to delay my meeting and then show up with sawdust on me and a hastily rigged frame. Not at all the professional impression I was hoping to give.

The hangars pull out
We put in a jersey and as soon as we hung it up the weight pulled the hangars out of the sides. Frame is heavy and jersey weighted about a pound.

Impossible to hang
This very large shadow box looks good but was impossible to hang. The screws that came with it literally do not fit the hardware holes on the frame. So, we tried smaller screws. Nope, won't stay in the hooks. We tried adding eyelets. Nope, ripped out. Now leaning on wall

Description says 2” of space inside the frame, buts it’s less than 1.5”. Would not work for what I bought it for, so I had to return them. Bought 2 and they are heavy and difficult to move.
