Step 1 |
First, dip the top half-inch [1.3 cm] of each glass champagne flute in the tub of frosting. |

Pour rainbow nonpareils into a small bowl. Now, roll the top of your glass flutes into the bowl to coat the frosting with nonpareils. |

For the base layer of your mocktail, add two (or three) pumps of strawberry soda syrup into each glass flute. |

Fill pour orange juice into each glass flute until they are about 1/3 of the way full. |

Next, fill each glass flute with lemon-lime soda until there is about a half inch [1.3 cm] left at the top so you can stir and adorn your glasses comfortably without spilling. |
