Strathmore doesn’t disappoint
I’ve been using Strathmore paper products for years and I’ve never been disappointed. It has a good price range and regularly on some sort of promotion at Michael’s. I get the drawing pads for anything from practicing some sketching to creating a drawing using pencil and ink. Great for a beginning artist!

Decent large drawing paper
Decent middle of the road drawing paper. Probably best used in art classes. Medium weight paper, only should be used for drawing, no painting. I’d be cautious to use markers on it without testing the bleed through. All that said, it is acid free so that is good for your drawing’s longevity.
