solid paper for charcoal work
bought my second pad of this charcoal paper and it's very good. i'm still new to charcoal but i like how well this paper grabs charcoal the tooth and material are good. however this is the only paper i've ever used charcoal on so four stars

Great paper
Strathmore charcol paper allows me to apply the darkest darks as well as the lightest lights. I really like the texture. I gave it a 4 star because this is the only charcol paper I have tried. Maybe there is a better one? But so far this is the charcol paper for me at this price point.
