Great punch, perfect cut outs!
I didn't use this on paper-paper, I actually used it on "sugar sheets," sometimes called frosting paper/edible image paper (not wafer paper!). I punched out a bunch of butterflies, then daubed them with barely diluted gel food colors. When they dried, I attached them in pairs to wires, and used them to decorate a cake. The butterfly punch is absolutely perfect--no rips or tears, easy to use, strong and a clean cut every time. Great!

Worked well
I see it upside down, looking at the hole, with the plastic piece off, so I could save paper. I just wish I could do multiple sheets of paper at once to save time.
