Great vinyl, ok for sublimation.
I use this for sublimating on dark shirts. It is great for a white vinyl and does glow brightly but colors look a little faded when sublimating on top and if you use on certain colors/fabrics the color of the fabric bleeds through.

Love the Glow
I accidently bought glow in the dark HTV. I was pleasantly surprised when my husbands birthday gift started glowing. My kids were very excited and asked me to make them shirts also. Easy to use and adheres well.

Top quality glow!
This stuff GLOWS! I was honestly surprised by how well it actually glows. Plus, it doesn't have the greenish hue that glow-in-the dark stuff usually has in regular light, it really looks white.
