Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Purchased this machine for Christmas and it had been turned on in the New Year. While going to the free workshop Michaels offers, we found out the engine was smelling burnt and the instructors got concerned. So we thought it was a faulty product and exchanged it for a new one which had visual defects, so we exchanged for a second time and now a clacking noise is happening in the compartment above the needle. Absolutely disappointed. Really wanted to love it, but it feels as though the product overall is bad.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not worth it With this sewing machine, you will spend more time untangling thread and fixing what it messes up than actually sewing. It will sew perfectly then tangle everything up. I have never in my life used a sewing machine that was this bad. Save your money!!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My dream sewing machine It’s a great product, easy to use and very affordable. Was able to set up the machine fairly quickly as the instructions were pretty straightforward. The machine features several different stitching styles to choose from and allows to adjust the tightness easily. Recommended to some family members who bought this for holiday gifting. I’ve used various brands and machines over the past years and this by far has been the best sewing machine.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Save your money I bought this sewing machine to make tote bags, pot holders and placemats to sell and give as gifts. What a waste of money! Right out of the box it was just junk. One minute it’s sewing great the next minute the thread is all jumbled up and the needle strikes the bottom plate and breaks the thread. I’ve changed the needles. I e changed thread. Ive changed the bobbin because it doesn’t like the plastic ones it came with! It’s one disappointing moment after the other. If I could take it back I would but Michaels won’t take it back after you use it. How are you supposed to know it’s a hunk of junk if you don’t use it. So anyways save your money. Buy a different machine or you’ll spend your days frustrated with this thing.
