SINGER Bobbin Pins help organize sewing supplies by pinning matching color thread spools and bobbins together. No more tangled threads or searching through tons of threads to find the right thread colors for a project. Simply pinch the bobbin pin, insert the ends into the bobbin, and slide the bobbin up the bobbin pin until it rests on the groove. Then do the same with the matching color thread spool. Both bobbin and thread spool will stay together for easy organizing. To separate, just pinch bobbin pin and pull.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Singer bobbin pins It's nice to have the bobbin right there with the spool. It pushed thru the bobbin tightly. Very tight. But the plus side being it won't fall out. My bobbins are clear, so it's easier to see the thread colors with the bobbin on top, without having to pick up the spool. For me, the negative to this is the height. With this set up, they don't fit in thread boxes. And even too tall for a few drawers that I could use for that. I bought 3 packs, at the same time, because I had a 40% off coupon off total purchase. I won't buy anymore, at least until I see if this was the best option. I have another style that's shorter, but I still run into the same issue with it being too tall. Already own the thread boxes. Which I like keeping the dust off of the spools and I Can't change the drawer depth. So if height isn't an issue for you, you may like these.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from If you use giant spools of thread, you need these. I do a lot of machine embroidery and prefer the 5,000 yard cones. These bobbin pins hold the bobbin on the large spools really well, because the legs fit well down into the spool. I do use a small hair scrunchie you can get at the dollar store keep the bobbin from unwinding, though.
