Great little brush by Simple Simmons - short handle is ideal, very smooth rounded brush. I purchased this brush for watercolors. Would work for acrylics too.

Real vs Kiddie watercolor paint brush
I am taking watercolor classes for beginners and according to my teacher I was using kiddie brushes. She wanted me to get some real brushes and this is one of 2 I got. I love both of them. I get much better lines, etc. Now she tells me I should buy real watercolor paint and not use my kiddie paint. I used some of her real paints at last meeting and they were much brighter.

Poor construction
While it did the job, it was not well made in that bristles came loose while cleaning - something I don't usually have occur on the FIRST use. Most generally it takes months of use before I see this happen.

Great for hand lettering
