Description
This oil-based paint marker is perfect for decorating and adding accents to a variety of items—even non-porous materials like glass and hard plastics. It goes on smooth with no mess, while marking opaque and glossy on light and dark surfaces. And, since the permanent marker won't bleed through heavy weight paper or wash away, it's ideal for scrapbooking, posters, banners and signs. This medium tip marker is great for writing and touch ups and may be used on metal, pottery, wood, rubber, glass, plastic and stone.

I love anything that Sharpie creates and especially a good paint pen. I use this thing for almost everything from writing names on ribbons to labeling containers for my child's foods, etc. Would always recommend this product and brand.

Permanent Labels
I asked my students how we could protect our new equipment of keyboards, mice, and headphones from walking out of the classroom. My Career Prep class, which is an advance class told me that there are paint sharpies that can be used to mark the equipment and that it can not be erased off. I bought some ot those paint sharpies and yes, they work. We have our equipment marked accordingly. If it walks out, other teachers can catch it and return to my classroom. I suggested we use these shapies to mark all the equipment from laptops to PCs, calculators, etc. They have not told me yes or no to date.
