Refill page quality
I found that the refill pages seem lesser quality (more flimsy) than the pages that come with the albums. Is there a way to get pages of the same quality as those in the allbums? Also, there are months of complaints about hole alignment, even up to 13 days ago. Why does Michaels address this on this page?

Refills don't work
Should have read reviews before buying. Got an 8x8 album and knew I needed more pages so bought 8x8 refill... got home to put pages together. The album has 2 holes, the refills have 3 and bigger sheets than album... no extensions pieces in refill pack so would have trimmed and punched holes to make pages work but too many pages for the 2 screw pieces to work so couldn't even do that... very disappointed in product. Will not purchase anymore of this brand

Nothing Lines Up
I bought the Reflections 8.5 x 11 scrapbook and the Reflections 8.5x11 refills but the holes don't line up, not even close. They are a good 0.5" off (1.2cm). The book has two mounting posts and the refills have three holes... The purchasing department at Michaels clearly has no idea what they are buying and putting on the shelves... I would take it back but the refills are a rare item as I had to go to multiple stores before finding them and it's not like they will have something that does fit, and I doubt management would care anyway.

DO NOT BUY!
As you can see the holes on the refill pages do NOT line up with the scrapbook. Michaels should discontinue the sale of this product as it is useless. Do even attempt to try and cut the holes yourself. The plastic is so soft that it will not cut. Very frustrating and very poor quality. It's not worth one star, but a negative.

DO NOT MATCH THE SCRAPBOOKS
I bought three 8.5x11 scrapbooks and four 8.5x11 refill packs, both by Recollections. The scrapbooks have 2 posts and the refill packs have 3 which do not line up. Two products made by the same company, that are the same size, are not compatible with each other.
There is a review on here from 5 years ago with the same issue so obviously the problem hasn't been fixed. I don't think I'll ever buy anything from Recollections again as they can't even address a simple issue, or do simple quality control to find the issue before putting their products in stores.

Does not fit all Recollections albums!
Bought two sets of these refill pages for a project I was working on. They did not fit in the new Recollection albums that I also bought at the same time that I purchased the refill pages. The exact same brand refill pages sure should work in the same brand albums, if you cannot buy the same brand to fit your albums at least let consumers know this.

Filler Pages holes don't align
Just like many others I bought an 8.5 x 11 scrapbook and filler pages which were on a shelf right next to the albums...to my surprise when I got home the holes don't match...took it back to the store, no correct pages available and can't return the useless pages due to COVID19 but in a month or so I will be able to return it...so with all the comments here ab out the same problem dating back 4 YEARS, the problem hasn't been fixed.
