Poor quality
I love the look of the wood but I just took the cardboard backing off and can't stick it back on since the metal tabs don't fold back flat enough. Not sure if I just got one that was poorly made but I wish they would just use better tabs than the cheapest metal kind...

Very unusual size which was just what I needed!
The bendy metal tabs on the back to secure the photo/certificate are not the best but they do work.
As I needed the full size of the frame without mat it was difficult to center.

Stylish but flimsy
So I want to start by saying Michaels customer service is 5 stars and awesome! The frame however is not so awesome. I bought 6 of these. The first 4 arrived with no problems, two arrived broken in half. Eh it happens maybe the shipping was just rough? So I got two replacement frames...they arrived covered in bubble wrap (very well protected) and when I opened the bubble wrap one was together but cracked almost all the way through (not going to last long I don't think) and the other was broken in half. It doesn't seem to be very well made. Another one arrived together but so boughed in I couldn't get the glass or matting in there. I'm getting two more replacement frames sent....we'll see how it goes. But I would not really recommend this frame to anyone, looks good but very flimsy (and will give you a couple of splinters when you're putting it together FYI).
But way to go Michaels on some awesome customer service ladies, they have all been great and easy to work with and very helpful!

Nice frame
This frame is a great item for the price. It has a mat already included, and is a whitewashed light wood. Looks more expensive than it is.
