Found this rotary cutter at Michael's
Pros
Easily cuts through tooling leather that is 5-7 ounces.
Cons
No extra blades to buy. Found a Friskas rotary cutter also at Michael's for more money and extra blades but I did not buy. I bought a sharpening stone and will use it to sharpen the blade and extend the life when it gets dull.
I like that Micheal's had one as I do not like to order items such as this online and have to wait for it to arrive.

The Sharpest Thing I've Ever Owned!
I bought this thing for $6 with a coupon and didn't expect much. Boy was I wrong. I was cutting a semi-complicated belt design from some leather, and I knew an exacto blade just wouldn't cut it. This did a beautiful job. It is easy to use from any angle, cuts precisely and neatly, and as the title says, is probably the sharpest tool I've ever owned. My belt is now ready for its backing and I couldn't be happier.

Good Grip, cuts easily
I'm using this for thin strips of leather and crafts. Cuts very smoothly and the grip is really the perfect size to use with a ruler or trimming. The guard is perfect size and easily locked in place. I haven't had any issues throwing this in my bag to work in other locations.
