rolling book cart
Step 1 |
Roll out the entire roll of white vinyl, shiny side up and tape the ends down to keep it flat. |
Step 2 |
Pour a small amount of Alcohol Blending Solution into a spray bottle. |
Step 3 |
Lightly spray the entire vinyl surface with blending solution, then add drops of alcohol ink onto the surface. Use the blower and the ink applicator to move and blend the ink. When you are happy with your coverage and design, set aside to let the ink dry completely. |
Step 4 |
Measure the cart to determine the strip size needed for your labels. Measure the vinyl and cut into strips using an X-ACTO® knife. |
Step 5 |
Arrange the stickers on each strip. Measure, then draw a light line across the strip to keep the alpha stickers straight when adding words. |
Step 6 |
Place dark stickers down first, as these will act as a drop shadow, then adhere the white stickers slightly up and to the right over the dark stickers. |
Step 7 |
Cut the labels to size, lengthwise, then peel the backing from the vinyl and adhere into place on each tray on the cart. |
