Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy to use but didn't get desired result. I have used Rit Dye in the past, knelt in some bleach cleaner at work and needed to fix some black pants. This was a few years ago and the dye worked beautifully. A few months ago I took a light grey shirt with some stains on it and tried to dye it black. It's a favorite and I didn't want to get rid of it if possible. The black dye was uneven and turned a light grey as another commenter described. I'm going to re do it with the liquid version and hope that works better.
