Step 1 |
Mix 100 mL of clear casting resin according to package directions. |
Step 2 |
Separate resin into two parts. Mix a small amount of resin with fine, Gold glitter, and leave the other resin clear. |
Step 3 |
Pour the Gold glitter resin into the rim of the plate. |
Step 4 |
Pour clear resin so that it just covers the bottom of the plate. |
Step 5 |
Use tweezers to gently place dried flowers around the base of the plate. |
Step 6 |
Use tweezers to add pieces of Gold foil flakes to fill the spaces between the flowers. You can break the pieces up further with the tweezers as well. |
Step 7 |
Let the flowers sit in the resin a little bit before pouring in the rest of the clear resin to fill the mould. This will help to keep the flowers from floating to the top. |
Step 8 |
Let resin cure for 12-24 hours before displaying. |
