This paper confetti garland is the perfect complement to any party.

Print Project

Step 1

Use a craft punch to cut out several circles. Set aside.

Step 2

Place a small piece of tape at the end of the jute and cut it into a point. Thread the jute through a needle using the tape to make it easier to thread. Tie a knot on the other end of the jute.

Step 3

Thread paper circles onto the jute.
TIP: Tie knots as you work to keep the circles in a specific section or location. If you want the circles to be able to move, do not tie the knots.

Step 4

Repeat Step 1-3 for several assorted strands.

Step 5
Tie the strands to a curly willow stick, alternating the length of each one, to make your Red & White Confetti Paper Garland more organic and interesting.
