Great Washi!
This was the first Recollections brand washi I ever got and it's great!
I don't know about everyone else but I did struggle trying to figure out how to actually dispense the tape.
Just in case anyone else is wondering if the dispenser "teeth" are facing you and the dispenser is resting on it's little feet, the panel on the right of the dispenser pops out so you can thread the tape through and also RE-USE THE DISPENSER.
Alright now for the actual tape!
•••Does it reposition easily? YES
•••Does it stick well? YES
•••Does it take ballpoint ink (Bic)? YES, no smudging!
•••Does it take gelpen(Gelly Roll, white)? YES, no smudging!
•••Pencil(#2 Ticonderoga)? YES, no smudging and easily erased!
Tests were given about a one minute wait before smudge testing.
I also tried a Micron pen, Crayola marker and a brush pen. Smudging was slight with the micron and marker after waiting. Smudging with the brush pen(a Marvy Uchida "Le Pen") was very apparent.
Maybe waiting longer for the Micron, Crayola marker and Le Pen would've helped?
