Step 5 |
Separate and thin half of your white royal icing to be flood consistency by adding small amounts of water until you get it to the right consistency. This should be more of a shampoo-like consistency. |
Step 6 |
Prepare seven Sweet Sugarbelle® piping bags and fill them with your different icings. |
Step 7 |
Cut 1/6 of the tip off of your outline consistency white bag and outline all of your cookies. Allow them to dry for 20-30 minutes before continuing. |
Step 8 |
Now it is time to fill in your cookies! Grab your bag of flood consistency white icing, and cut off 1/6 of the tip. Fill your cookie in, being careful to not overfill, and make sure to stay within the outline you created before. Allow your cookies to dry for 2-4 hours before adding final embellishments. |
Step 9 |
Finally, carefully pipe your rainbow details. Starting from the outside and working your way in, pipe your rainbow arches! Start with red, then orange, yellow, green and blue. Allow your cookie 5-10 hours to fully dry. |
