picnic floral arrangement
Step 1 |
Press a foam brick into the opening/neck of your container, trim lightly if needed, but the foam should fit snug into the container. |
Step 2 |
Use wire cutters to cut apart the bush of poppies. Snip each poppy at the bottom of the stem closest to the core of the bush handle giving each bloom the maximum length of stem. |
Step 3 |
Start with the tallest poppy stem and place it in the centre of the foam. Place the rest of the poppies at different levels around it to create depth as you are shaping your arrangement. |
Step 4 |
In the same manner, cut apart the floral stems into separate pieces then fill in around the red poppies until desired look is achieved. |
Step 5 |
To finish, tie a bow around the neck of the container and let the tails hang to the bottom of the container. Trim ends at an angle. |
