Perler brand beads are the best. Never had a problem with them melting even. Other melty beads haven’t been as reliable. Only buy perlers anymore. Make perler beads with grandkids all the time. Love them!

My kiddo LOVES using perler beads as a creative outlet. He makes the most intricate pictures, pencil holders, and animals. I love how we can get single colors when we need them. We use a lo of black for outlines, so we always run out fast!
