
peppermint-dipped chocolate cookies
Step 1 |
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two cookie sheets with silicone baking mats. TIP: If parchment paper is available, you can use it instead of a silicone mat. |
Step 2 |
Mix cake mix, oil and eggs with a hand mixer (or a wooden spoon) until smooth. NOTE: You will need: - 1 Box Aapprox 15 ounces) Chocolate Cake Mix- ½ Cup Vegetable Oil - 2 Large Eggs |
Step 3 |
Drop by two tablespoonfuls of dough onto prepared cookie sheets, about 2" apart. Bake for 10-13 minutes or until just done on the top (no longer glossy). Set aside to cool. |
Step 4 |
Melt white chocolate Candy Melts® as directed on packaging. |
Step 5 |
Dip cooled cookies in melted white chocolate and sprinkle with peppermint bits. Chill to set. Share your project photos with #MakeItWithMichaels |
