Sections are small so can make it awkward to

Great palette
Great palette! I like the deep mixing wells, and the straight edges make it easy to get the paint off of my brush. I also am able to use the large wells in the center and the lid as a wet palette so my acrylics don’t dry out so fast. The lid keeps my paints wet til the next day so a lot less waste. Was a little expensive but a coupon and some rewards fixed that !

Very good painting tool.
This is very useful for me. Too bad the top cover isn't white or clear as this would be better as a mixing colour. I'd prefer clear cover otherwise, it's good. Less paint wastage as a beginner.

Waste of money. Poor design.
For what it is, it is an absurd amount of money. I even got it 25% off. For that cost you could get a whole set of food grade snap locks that are actually air tight and leak proof. Neither of which is this palette. I tested it immediately by putting some water in it and holding it over the sink on its side. So it is strictly for home use don't even think about putting it in a backpack. Not really sure what the gasket is it for. It does have one but so poorly designed the paints dry out rather quickly as well *overnight* without being thoroughly misted and diluted much more than I would like. I paint with acrylic and I think the peel off feature would be fine although unnecessary for watercolors as admittedly it is marketed for. For acrylic it is a pain... The dried paint on the edge then will get easily lifted off while you are working and transferred to your art in clumpy mass so I have to keep my paints much more soupy and diluted than is convenient.Previously on palettes I would just wait until I got a layer of paint that was thick enough and it would peel off easily. No extra slippery surface necessary- watercolors can be reconstituted so I'm not sure what this feature is for other than marketing. It's a shoddy design all around.) I work with golden full body which is super thick so I just don't mix all all the water in and it leaves me with a workable portion in the middle. Ultimately I will make a place to use the wash as I hate wasting paint but I feel like it impedes my creativity. Can't imagine how long the snaps will last either, the connecting pieces of plastic are so thin and having stress put on it multiple times a day but we will see. I would return it if a had a car to drive it to a Michaels location. I'm in a small town so I can't just pop on a bus.
The wells are flat, no bevel. Hard to believe an artist designed this.

Save your paint
After seeing my teacher used this, I bought it because it keeps the acrylic paints from drying out week after week. When they finally do dry, just peel them off, and as for the mixing trays - just wipe them cleans. Plenty of paint spaces, no need to keep refilling. It can even tip sideways while carrying.

Artist's Loft Peel-off Palette
Good quality palette. Used acrylic and watercolor, haven't used oils yet. A little on the expensive side but reasonable. Personal preference, I would like to see some kind of hook integrated into the lid so I can hang it up when its dry.

Keep your paints wet!
I was a bit skeptical that this box would keep acrylic paints from drying up quickly, but I was very pleasantly surprised at how well it works. Just mist your paints before closing and they will keep for many days without drying out.

Do not be scared that the lid is not secured properly. I broke a nail just trying to open it. This paint container/lid is perfect and does the job perfectly. 100/10

Nice case, LID IS NOT AIRTIGHT
This is great overall for storing my paints but the lid is not airtight. My paints dried up overnight and besides making a great way to store different colors when painting, its rather a disappointment. (My guache paints dried up making it hard for me to use them when finishing up college homework)

Good as a regular palette
Paint peels off great when you’ve got a lot of it (can be easily scratched off if you have smaller amounts but this can be tedious). I didn’t find that the sealed worked very well and paints had somewhat dried the next day.

On-The-Go Palette

The perfect palette
