Step 1 |
Cut a piece of Gold foil cardstock to 10" x 7" [25.4 cm x 17.8 cm] then score and fold it to 5" x 7" [12.7 cm x 17.8 cm]. |
Step 2 |
Cut a piece of black cardstock to 4½" x 6½" [11.43 cm x 15.24 cm], then adhere it to the middle of the Gold card, leaving an even border all the way around. |
Step 3 |
Cut a piece of white cardstock to 4¼" x 6¼" [10.8 cm x 15.24 cm], then adhere it to the middle of the black piece, leaving an even border all the way around. |
Step 4 |
Adhere nine plaid Christmas trees to the front of the card. Arrange so they are three rows across and three rows down. |
Step 5 |
Make a tag by cutting a piece of Gold foil cardstock 2½" x 1½" [6.35 cm x 2.54 cm]. Cut angles on one end to make it look like a tag. Punch a hole in the centre on this end. Cut a piece of white cardstock to fit inside the tag, then stamp a sentiment on it using black ink. |
Step 6 |
Wrap some thin red ribbon around the card two or three times, then thread the tag onto the ribbon and tie a bow positioning the tag on the front of the card. |
