No crazing
I started learning how to pour paint earlier this year. I had issues with crazing with the cheaper beginner canvases. I’ve had great results with these canvases.

Great Canvases
These are excellent for paintings you want to put resin over! No sagging! No having to support from underneath with cut out pieces of card board, are rigged together pieces of cardboard taped to a yogurt container. I actually like the finish on the canvas. They are a bit pricier, but for pieces that will have thicker paints on these are lovely. Wish they were available in rounds or ovals.
Response to Crazy Mary, your paints may be too thin dear!

Not sure the extra support is needed for this size
Small canvases don’t seem to sag and since you pour paint off of the canvas I don’t think I’ll be using the smaller ones for this due to the extra cost

Paint pouring ....
I've been doing pours for a for years now ....just use regular canvas just like you're doing a painting of any other type ...works great ... gesso works if your worried that it's to thin ......I make my own paint not this Pre made stuff ...and the end it will be cheaper belive me ...when there is a good sale on pick up extra so you always have it ...I do still have a hard time making cells ....I use treadmill silicone...and I always torch ...but cant get thoses big beautiful cells that others get ....can anyone give me any tips ?

Larger Sizes Would Be Better
I find that I do not need the extra support on canvases this small for paint with brush-on varnish, spray-on varnish, or Deco Art’s clear pouring topcoat. If you are using those materials, save your money and buy a regular canvas.
I did find it useful for working with resin, which is much heavier. I would love to see this product in larger canvas sizes, as larger canvases are more likely to sag under the weight of paint.

Not my favorite
I tried these for the first time, I purchased 3- 8x8
I like the thickness but I honestly don’t like the cardboard under the thin canvas. I feel like it’s a cheap dollar store blank canvas. I don’t like the way the paint dried around the edges. I guess I’m just used to the other canvas. Just not my favorite, I will not be buying them again. Love the paints though!
