Love the frosted feature
I've been using quilting rulers for years, mostly not for fabric but rather for paper and other mixed media materials. Once you've used a ruler you can see through, you never want to go back to using a metal or wooden one! But I've never had one with the frosted plastic like this; it's a brilliant invention! With the other brands, it was difficult to see the measurement lines against dark backgrounds, or highly patterned backgrounds, but with the frosted texture, you can still see the surface you are measuring quite clearly, but you can also ALWAYS see the lines on the ruler.
I think it was worth the difference in price.

Great tool!
The name suits it! It is a great traveler, to classes and to quilt-ins! A very handy size with clear markings. Great! P.D.
