Oil Pastels
Pastels were quite rough and dry, not smoothe on the paper and very hard to blend. Blotchy spots left uncovered on the paper. Wouldn't layer properly. Not sure if that was the intention of this product or not. Some of the pigments went on smoothly but didn't blend. Colors were very nice and there was a good variety for the quantity. Okay for beginners but not for those who want to blend.
