These can’t be navy
When I went to pick these up for a curbside order, the bag looked royal blue. The cashier kindly verified that I received the navy balloons and they were. I had to cancel my order and purchase a navy color elsewhere. These are a darker royal blue at best. I cannot speak to the quality.

The balloons are poor quality for Helium. Inflated 10 and none lasted more than 12 hours.
