First, carefully remove the bail at the top of your teardrop pendant. Discard or keep for use in a future project.

Now, make a bead link with a natural agate lentil bead. To do this, slide a bead onto a medium length eye pin. Bend the wire of the eye pin in a 90° angle just above the bead. Grasp the eye pin wire, about 3/8"-½" [0.95 cm-1.27 cm] from the bend, between the jaws of your round nose pliers. Rotate the pliers toward you, keeping a firm grip on the wire, until a small loop is formed.

Carefully open just enough to add the loop at the top of the teardrop pendant and close around the loop. Set aside the linked bead and pendant.

Now make a long, linked chain with the small eye pins and 6mm round agate beads. Follow Step 2 to make the bead links. Before you close the loop, attach to the previously made bead link until you have linked all beads from the strand. Your agate bead chain should be about 14" [35.56 cm].

Un-link a section of black beaded chain so you have the same length as your agate bead chain. Link them together on one end so you have one long 28" beaded chain.
