mother's day friendship bracelet stack
Step 1 |
First, cut a 10" [25.4 cm] piece of stretch cord. |
Step 2 |
Add your alpha beads and then add faceted beads to each side until you reach the desired length. |
Step 3 |
Tie a surgeon’s knot to close and tuck in ends. Add a dab of glue over the knot and let dry. |
Step 4 |
To make the Rainbow Loom® bracelet, place a rubber band across two pegs on your Monster Tail™ loom in a figure 8. Now, place another rubber band above the first one, but place it on straight. |
Step 5 |
Grab the bottom rubber band from the outside and lift it over the peg, then place it in the centre. It will be on top of the second rubber band. Repeat with the rubber bands on the second peg. You should now have the second rubber band in place across the pegs and the first one wrapped around it in between the pegs. |
Step 6 |
Place another rubber band, straight, across the same two pegs. Repeat Step 5. |
Step 7 |
Repeat this pattern until you reach the desired length. To close, use a plastic clip included with your rubber bands. |
Step 8 |
For the Perler® stretch bracelet, cut a 20" [50.8 cm] of stretchy cord. |
Step 9 |
Slide two Perler® beads onto the stretchy cord. Take the working end of the cord and thread it through the bottom of the first bead and pull tight. The second bead should move to be parallel to the first. |
Step 10 |
Add another Perler® bead. Thread the cord back through the bottom of the adjacent bead and pull tight to move the bead parallel to the first two. |
Step 11 |
Repeat Step 10 until you get to the length needed for your bracelet. |
Step 12 |
Repeat Step 3 to finish the bracelet. |
