Step 1

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS: approximately 4" [10.2 cm] x 5.5" [14 cm]
GAUGE: 16 sc = 4" [10.2 cm]; save time and check your gauge

Step 2

INSTRUCTIONS:
For Pie Top with Pumpkin yarn, Ch 15+2, turn.
Row 1: Sc in second chain, sc to end of row. Ch 2 and turn. (15)
Row 2: Sc in next 5 st, sk, sc in next 3 st, sk, sc in next 5 st. Ch 2 and turn. (13)
Row 3: Sc to end of row. Ch 2 and turn. (13)
Row 4: Sc in next 5 st, sk, sc, sk, sc in next 5 st. Ch 2 and turn. (11)
Row 5: Sc to end of row. Ch 2 and turn. (11)
Row 6: Sc in next 5 st, sk, sc to end of row. Ch 2 and turn. (10)
Row 7: Sc to end of row. Ch 2 and turn. (10)
Row 8: Sc in next 5 st, sk, sc to end of row. Ch 2 and turn. (9)
Row 9: Sc in next 4 st, sk, sc to end of row. Ch 2 and turn. (8)
Row 10: Sc in next 4 st, sk, sc to end of row. Ch 2 and turn. (7)
Row 11: Sc in next 3 st, sk, sc to end of row. Ch 2 and turn. (6)
Row 12: Sc in next 3 st, sk, sc to end of row. Ch 2 and turn. (5)
Row 13: Sc in next 2 st, sk, sc to end of row. Ch 2 and turn. (4)
Row 14: Sc in next 2 st, sk, sc to end of row. Ch 2 and turn. (3)
Row 15: Sc, sk, sc. (2)
Start pie sides, working in rounds.
Row 16: Dc in all st along left side of pie top, add extra dc in last corner st; dc in each st along back of Pie Top, add extra dc in last corner st; dc in all st along right side. Join with sl st.
Row 17: Sc to end. Join with sl st.
Rep Row 17 for six rows. Bind off.
Choose the side you’d like the face to be on. With black yarn, add 2 French knots for the eyes and back stitch a smiley mouth.
For pie bottom crust, using heather yarn, sc in right corner of back pie side. Rep Rows 1-15 starting each row with sc in the right hand side st of Side. The bottom will be crocheted to right side only at this time.
Stuff to your preference. Then, sc along unattached bottom to close up remaining side and back.
Continuing with heather yarn, ch 2 and turn.
Row 18: Sc to end of row, ch 2 and turn.
Rep for 6 rows.
Row 19: Sc to attach crust to top back of Pie. Ch 3 and turn.
Row 20: *3 Tc in first 2 st; 3 dc in next st; rep from * to end of row.
Row 20: Sc to end of row. Bo.
Using white yarn, make generous pom-pom for whip cream.
Finishing: Weave in ends. Sew on Whip Cream pompom to top.
