look nice and clean
nice looking material easy to see the cross. The material is pretty rigid I really would like something softer.

May not be square
The first one I bought was very good but the second one was NOT square, which I couldn't pinpoint until I spent too much time on it. However, compared to DMC, I do like that it is softer and the holes are smaller.

Usually good but a bit disappointed this time.
I do like the 18 count usually, but this time I was disappointed to see there was a stain in the threads of the cloth, in 3 places of a small area. I guess it could be covered by the embroidery, depending on the design but I didn't like the fact that I am now limited.

Very thin, slight mars in fabric
This fabric was fairly soft compared to other Aida, but it was also very thin and I worried that I might tear it. There were also a few spots here and there with very slight discolorations (very pale blue in a thread) or flawed areas (slightly more raised).
Basically, you get what you pay for, and it was pretty cheap to begin with. I'd recommend something of a better quality, like DMC/Charles Craft, or other brands, if you want something of lasting quality.

HORRIBLE!
I hadn't done any counted cross stitch projects for quite a while, and just felt the urge to work on something new. There are no longer any local cross stitch shops in my immediate area, so I stopped at Michael's to pick up some aida cloth. I initially wanted Charles Craft, but the selection was limited and there was no 18 ct in stock. So, I bought this instead. What a huge waste of time. When I got home, and opened the package, I immediately wasn't crazy about the feel of the fabric...it was very stiff, and the "holes" for the stitches were barely visible. A few nights later, I sat down to start my project and stitched for about 30 minutes, before giving up and trashing what I had done. The fabric was so stiff that I couldn't get a comfortable grip while stitching. It was hard to get the needle in the "holes" and I was just having a totally unpleasant experience. The next day I went to another retailer and picked up Charles Craft aida cloth, and will restart my project. Don't waste your time on this fabric. Counted cross stitch takes too much time to be done on such a shoddy product.
