It's good quality, and does not dry up in the tube for a long, long time.... as so many other brands do such. I really like the size of the opening and the nice plastic cap. That is a real plus. Most other brands have smaller openings and metal caps which are difficult to keep on the tube, and consequently their product dries up much sooner. Also, I like the plastic tube. It is so much easier to squeeze.

Definetly use with medium but if not, then you get a very good opaque white to work with. In that regard its as good as an oil paint. ( I am a oil painter familiarizing myself with acrylic)

It seems that it is 100% opaque, and the shade shown online here is pretty accurate. Dries matte, and dries the same time as most acrylics. I can note absolutely no flaws, even the price is worth it.
