
3d kawaii cactus
Step 1 |
First, click here to download and print the template; then cut out the shapes. |
Step 2 |
Trace the cactus pattern(s) onto cardstock and cut out. Cut the slits on the dotted lines. |
Step 3 |
Decorate the paper cactus with markers. Draw a cute kawaii face on the front. |
Step 4 |
Slide the two pieces together by inserting one of the slits into the other. |
Step 5 |
Glue pom-poms onto the cactus to represent cactus blossoms. Set aside. |
Step 6 |
To create a pot to set the cactus in, cut a piece of foam about 2" x 6" [5 cm x 15.2 cm]. Decorate the foam side with markers. Turn it over so the paper backing is facing up. Tear off about 1" [2.5 cm[ of the paper backing from one end. Form a circle and press the sticky end to the foam to secure the circle. |
Step 7 |
Fill the "pot" with Model Magic® to hold the cactus. |
Step 8 |
