kids' clothespin flower pot

Let your kids express their creativity with the proper tools. They can even make a flower pot with large clothespins! With a little paint, and a clay pot for planting, this super easy DIY is a great project for your kids!
Step 1
Paint 8 clothespins with Poodle Skirt and 8 with Snow Pea acrylic craft paint. Set aside to dry.
Step 2
While the clothespins are drying, paint the clay pot. Paint the bottom Snow Pea and top and inside Wedding Cake. Let dry.
Step 3
To make dots on the clothespins, dip the pointed end of the paintbrush into Wedding Cake paint and press onto the clothespin. Repeat until you have made all the dots. Let dry.
Step 4
Press open each clothespin and attach them around the rim of the clay pot, alternating colors.
Step 5
Pour potting soil into the pot and plant fresh flowers.
