Let your kids express their creativity with the proper tools. They can even make a flower pot with large clothespins! With a little paint, and a clay pot for planting, this super easy DIY is a great project for your kids!

Print Project

Step 1

Paint eight clothespins with blush pink and eight with light green acrylic craft paint. Set aside to dry.

Step 2

While the clothespins are drying, paint the clay pot. Paint the bottom light green and top and inside white. Let dry.

Step 3

To make dots on the clothespins, dip the pointed end of the paintbrush into white paint and press onto the clothespin. Repeat until you have made all the dots. Let dry.

Step 4

Press open each clothespin and attach them around the rim of the clay pot, alternating paints.

Step 5

Pour potting soil into the pot and plant fresh flowers.
