This project is intended for kids ages 8+. Celebrate Easter in style, Easter Bunny style that is! These simple, hand-held masks are perfect to dress up for the Spring season and make being festive easy.

Print Project

Step 1

To create your mini bunny mask, start by cutting the felt strips into small white rectangles, these will become the bunny teeth on your mask. Using glue from your craft kit, attach the two rectangles to a wooden craft stick, about 1” [2.5 cm] from the top. Let dry.

Step 2

Next, add two medium sized pom-poms to the wooden craft stick using craft glue. Layer the pom-poms slightly on top of the rectangles to cover the top of them, but leave a small portion of the wooden craft stick visible at the top. Let dry.

Step 3

Adhere one small pom-pom on the exposed wooden craft stick above the two medium pom-poms to create a bunny nose. Let dry.

Step 4

Cut two 12” [30.5 cm] fuzzy sticks into thirds and turn the wooden craft stick over. Glue each end of the fuzzy sticks onto the craft stick. Adhere the top and bottom at slight diagonals and the third fuzzy stick in the middle to create whiskers on both sides. Let dry.
